Outgoing Sonoma County Clerk-Recorder-Assessor and Registrar of Voters Bill Rousseau has endorsed Deva Marie Proto for Clerk-Recorder-Assessor. “Deva Proto has a deep understanding of the inner workings of the department, and is best qualified to collaborate with our employees and lead the department towards a brighter future,” Rousseau said upon announcing his endorsement decision.
